# Terms of Service

By using Postim (the "Service") you agree to these terms.

## 1. The Service
Postim schedules and publishes posts to third-party social media platforms on your behalf. We connect to those platforms using OAuth tokens you grant us.

## 2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong password and enable two-factor authentication where available.
- Don't share your login.

## 3. Acceptable use
- Don't use the Service to publish spam, illegal content, or anything that violates the terms of the platforms you publish to.
- Don't reverse-engineer the Service, scrape it, or try to break it.
- Don't impersonate other people or brands.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice.

## 4. Your content
- You own the content you create and upload. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it (schedule, publish, analyse) only to provide the Service.
- We may remove content that violates the law or these terms.
- Backups are your responsibility. We recommend exporting important data regularly.

## 5. Plans and payments
- The free plan has the limits described on the Pricing page.
- Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel any time and continue using the paid features until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: we refund the unused portion of a cancelled annual subscription on request.

## 6. Third-party platforms
We are not responsible for the availability or behaviour of third-party platforms (X, LinkedIn, etc.). If a platform changes its API or terms, we may need to adjust features — we'll give you as much notice as we can.

## 7. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

## 8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance by email and on this page.

## 9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law of your residence says otherwise.
